Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data is collected through rrkweb.dev, why, and what rights you have. I collect as little data as possible and never sell it or use it for advertising.
1. Who is responsible
The controller of your data is RRKweb (rrkweb.dev). For any privacy question or request, write to contact@rrkweb.dev.
2. What data I process and why
Contact form, email and messengers. When you contact me, I receive your name, email address, your message and the language of the page you used. I use this only to answer you and to prepare a possible offer. Legal basis: steps before entering into a contract and my legitimate interest in replying to enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). Form messages are delivered to my email inbox and are not stored in a database on the website. I keep correspondence for as long as needed for our communication — at most 3 years after the last contact, unless a longer period is required by law (for example, accounting rules if we work together). If you write to me via WhatsApp or Telegram, those services also process your data under their own privacy policies.
Reviews. If you leave a review, I store your name, rating, review text, the page language and the date. Every review is checked before publishing; once approved, your name, rating, text and month of the review are shown publicly on this website. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can ask me at any time to change or delete your review.
Technical data. The website is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and time of access. Legal basis: legitimate interest in a secure and working website (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Visitor statistics. I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages are popular. It does not use cookies, does not create visitor profiles and only gives me aggregated numbers.
3. Cookies and browser storage
This website does not use cookies. Your chosen language and light/dark theme are saved in your own browser (local storage) so the site remembers them. This information never leaves your device. Fonts are hosted on this website, so no data is sent to Google Fonts.
4. Service providers
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, email forwarding, the review database (stored in the EU region) and visitor statistics.
- Google (Gmail) — my email inbox, where contact form messages arrive.
These providers may process data outside the EU. Such transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time. Just write to contact@rrkweb.dev — I will reply within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority in your EU country — in Latvia, the Data State Inspectorate (dvi.gov.lv).
6. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date.
